Right to Return

You have the right to return an item within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

Return Conditions

• The product must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be included with the return.
• Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

Return Costs

The buyer is solely responsible for return shipping costs. TomSsonFelgen store does not reimburse return shipping fees.

Return Procedure

2. Send the product at your own expense to our address (provided after return confirmation).
3. Upon receipt and verification of the item, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.
